How to buy prints on your website?
We have special how to buy on ringsfoto guide, which is related to purchasing the fine art photo prints on our website. The process is easy, convenient and secure. All payments will be made using PayPal. You will also have an option for direct bank transfer or cheque payment if you are ordering photo prints in Hong Kong or Macau.How many days will it take to complete my order?
We print via professional photo lab situated in Hong Kong. When you place your order, we have to upload heavy digital file to the photo lab. After finish checking they will start printing. Normally, for usual size prints, it will take 2-3 working days to complete process and to send print directly to your address via courier delivery (for photo prints in Hong Kong and Macau).For big sized prints (bigger than 48 inches by one side), we have to do additional quality check after finish production. It can take 4-5 working days before photo lab will post your order.
If you ordered custom-made framing, it will take additional 1-2 working days for place your print into the frame and post it to you.
Domestic orders (Hong Kong only) should arrive within 1-2 working days. We deliver via courier to all Hong Kong locations.
In addition, you can choose to pick up your order by yourself from photo lab, near Diamond Hill MTR station, during working hours.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can. We will ship via EMS Speedpost from Hong Kong to your location. We ship all the prints rolled in cardboard hard tube. You should do framing the prints by yourself.International shipping of big framed prints is not cost effective. Ask us about such possibility and we will check pricing for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Any customs taxes or fees levied to the buyer upon receipt of the product will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary greatly depending on the buying location and I am not able to estimate these with your international order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change something in your order, you can Contact Us with your order details, and we will amend it to you. We could do such changings ONLY if your order is not shipped yet. If your order has already been post to your address, we cannot change anything and recommend you to make a new order.If you wish to cancel your order, you can do it also for orders, which were not posted. We will refund all payments except PayPal fees if any. If we already sent your order, you cannot cancel it.
What happens if I do not like it? Can I return the product and get a refund?
If you need to return your order, please return it in the same condition it was received within 14 days of purchase. We will either correct the issue and send it back to you fixed, or refund your money if that is what you want. For a full refund the product must be in the exact same condition, it was received. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE in any cases.If you have a custom order, we may not be able to do full refunds on those products as it can be very difficult to sell to a new client. This will be graciously dealt with on a case by case basis. If the shipping box appears to be damaged, please take digital images of the box prior to opening. Once opened, if the contents of the box are damaged, please take digital images of the damaged product. Notify us about damages using website form, and we will do the best we can to get you a replacement order out as soon as possible.
What are the differences between “normal photo paper” and “archival grade photo paper”?
Normal photo paper (semi-glossy or luster photo paper), 240GSM is a good choice for printing small sized photographs which will be used as wall decorations both framed and unframed. We are using only highest quality luster photo paper, which will endure your prints up to 15 years without signs of shading for unframed prints and up to 25 years for framed prints.Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl is archival grade, acid-free paper, 320GSM, made of 100% cotton. Hahnemühle photo paper made in Germany using highest industry standards for archival grade products. This kind of paper is using in museums worldwide to prevent fine art photography from fading for up to 150+ years. In addition, we do archival grade custom-made premium framing, 100% made in Hong Kong, so you may be assured that you are investing in Fine Art Prints of exceptional quality. Can you print on canvas?
Yes, we can print on 360GSM 100% cotton canvas. All canvas are stretched on the premium quality wooden frame and ready for hanging right after delivery.Can I use your services to print my own photographs?

Yes, we can print photobooks both with photographic quality (up to 30 pages on cardboard base, large and extra-large format), and with typographic quality which is slightly less (up to 200 pages, from small to large format). Yes, we do framing for both our photography and your photographs and paintings. We can provide full framing process from picking up your piece of art from your home to hanging framed one to the wall. Yes, we can provide such service (Hong Kong only). For photographs ordered from RingsFoto shop, we have flat fee of HK$350 for mounting the photographs on the wall. Rental service for photo prints in Hong Kong is coming soon.If you cannot invest in archival grade fine art photo print, you can rent it for as low as 5% of its original cost on monthly basis. We will prepare all necessary papers and deliver your fine art framed print around Hong Kong within one business day after finishing all formalities. Please be aware that some remote areas in Hong Kong may require additional time and surcharge for delivery.
Do you teach photography?
I’m Leo Zank, and I’m the professional photographer with years of experience in landscape, architectural and commercial product photography. I organize classes, courses and workshops for teaching both kids and adults for photographic techniques and composition from time to time. No, we do not have retail shop as for now, due to ghastly prices for commercial leasing in Hong Kong. We do not have intentions to put these expenses inside the price of our products.For teaching purposes, we are leasing workshop space in a convenient location. For studio shooting, we are leasing good studios either on Hong Kong Island or on Kowloon side.
You should be aware regarding required size for studio shooting. It must have at least 1,000 square feet of shooting space only, with at least 10 feet ceilings not taking account additional space for dressing rooms etc. This is ultimately difficult to find such space within central area of Hong Kong Island. There are only some industrial buildings in Chai Wan (far Eastern part of Island) have such premises equipped with required features. Most of the premises for very good photographic studio shooting can only be found in industrial zones on Kowloon or New Territories. Do not believe in convenient “professional studio” which is just few steps away from Central.
Where can I see your photographs before I decide to buy them?
We are visiting Discovery Bay Sunday Market with booth under RingsFoto brand name. Most of the prints, which you can order via our website you can also find and buy there directly from us.
